Refunds may be requested for physical products purchased directly from lyravexor.live that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Digital products and service-based subscriptions may be eligible only if technical access has not been activated or utilized.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for physical products, or within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase for digital services. Requests submitted after these periods may not be eligible for consideration.
To initiate a refund, customers must contact our support team with their order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the request. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. LYRAVEXOR reserves the right to deny refunds if returned products do not meet eligibility standards.
Customized products, downloadable digital materials once accessed, promotional clearance items, and services already fully delivered are not eligible for refunds. Gift cards and third-party service integrations are also excluded.
